    This machine is a single screw vented extruder with unique structure. It consists of extruder, temperature control device and vacuum pump. With the help of vacuum pump, the impurities and gases generated during plasticization process will be discharged by the unique vented screw which also greatly diminishes generation of bubbles during vulcanization process. Spiral sinks in barrel make heat transfer area larger and extruding rubber in low temperature, which widely applies for extrusion of foamed materials, sealing materials and E-type materials.
